This heat-tolerant, spreading vine's dark green leaves taste just like spinach even though it's not a true spinach. New Zealand Spinach keeps on producing after the heat of summer has caused "real" spinach to bolt (go to seed). Leaves are triangular with a glistening underside. (qty: quantity)
