Calendula - Pacific Beauty, Mixed Colors (Calendula - Belleza Del Pacifico, Colores Mixtos) - Hardy Annual. Well-balanced blend of brilliant shades of yellow, orange and primrose. Double flowers have long stems. Long blooming if faded blossoms are picked. Also known as Pot Marigold.

Impatiens - Dwarf, Mixed Colors (Impatiens - Enana, Colores Mixtos) - Annual. Compact, glossy leaved plants begin blooming while small. Vivid blossoms in shades of rose, salmon and white cover plant from summer to fall. Blooms reliably in heavy shade.

Petunia - Dwarf Bedding, Mixed Colors (Petunia - Estratos Enanos, Colores Mixtos) - Half Hardy Annual. Showy blooms in a range of bright, eye-catching colors. These Multiflora Petunias bear tremendous numbers of medium size, single flowers. Blooms continuously from midsummer until frost, and stays neat and low.

Statice - Annual, Mixed Colors (Statice - Planta Anual, Colores Mixtos) - Half Hardy Annual. Dense, graceful sprays of dainty, papery everlasting flowers in strong shades of yellow, rose, lavender, blue and white. Retains colors well when dried. Heat tolerant. Blooms from midsummer to frost.

Beans, Garden - Blue Lake Stringless FM1K (Habichuelas Verdes - FMIK Calidad Azul Lago Sin Nervaduras) - The fleshy, tender pods, about 5 1/2 inches long and stringless, have mild flavor and make excellent snap beans. Collards - Georgia Southern Or Creole (Berza - Surena De Georgia O Criolla) - Dark blue-green stemmed plants form a large, open head of leaves high in vitamins A, B1, and C. Particularly valuable in the south for winter greens.

Corn, Sweet - Golden Cross Bantam (Maiz Tierno - Cruza Dorada Bantam) - A very sweet variety just right for corn lovers! Ears are 8 to 9 inches long with 12 to 14 rows of tender kernels. For sweetest taste, isolate from other corn to prevent cross-pollination.

Onion - Hybrid Granex Yellow PRR (Cebolla - Granex Hibrida Amarilla PRR) - Large, thick flat bulb shape with very white mild flesh. Stays firm, crisp and sweet when stir fried. Widely adapted and has resistance to pink-root.

Pepper - California Wonder, 300 TMR (Pimiento - Maravilla California 300 TMR) - One of the best large "Bell" peppers! The crisp, thick flesh has a mild, pleasant flavor. Perfect for salads, stuffing and as a soup ingredient. High in vitamins A and C.

Pepper - Cascabella (Pimiento - Cascabella) - Small, pungent, cone-shaped peppers about 1-1/4 inches long. Fine for sauces, salads and pickling. Harvest when light yellow or bright red.

Pepper - Cubanelle (Pimiento - Cubanelle) - A large, sweet pepper that is excellent for frying! The fruit, about 6 x  2-1/2 inches, is yellow-green maturing to red with continuous fruiting. High in vitamin C.

Pepper - Jalapeno M (Pimiento - Jalapeno M) - Popular for picking. The dark-green fruits can be left on the bush to mature to a fiery red color. Grows to a length of 3 inches.

Pepper - Long Thin Cayenne (Pimiento - Pimienta De Chile Larga Y Fina) - The twisted fruit, about 5 inches long, is deep green when young and ripens to a brilliant red. It has a fiery-hot flavor that's perfect for seasoning.

Pepper - Poblano (Pimiento - Pablano) - The main ingredient in chile rellenos, Poblano peppers are also wonderful when roasted and peeled. Those very mild "hot peppers" are plump and dark green, measuring 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. Fruits turn reddish brown when fully ripe.

Squash - Grey Zucchini (Calabacin - Zucchini Gris) - This is one of the most popular zucchines because of its tender, light skin.

Tomatillo - Mexican Husk (Tomatillo - Vaina Mexicana) - Tomatillo fruit is enclosed in a thin husk which is removed before fruit is eaten. Raw or cooked. It gives sauces distinct flavor. Excellent used fresh in salads and tacos.

Tomato - Early Girl, Hybrid (Tomate - Nina Tempranera, Hibrido) - True to her name, Early Girl takes first place as the absolute earliest slicing tomato. Plants yield an early abundance of 4 to 6 ounce fruit. Indeterminate. High in vitamins A and C.

Tomato - Red Cherry, Large Fruited (Tomate - Rojo Cereza Da Muchos Frutos) - Deliciously sweet, bite-sized red tomatoes can be used in salads or served on toothpicks as appetizers. Indeterminate vines provide a bountiful harvest all season. High in vitamins A and C.

Tomato - Roma VFN (Tomate - Roma VFN) - A heavy-yielding variety used for preserves, solid-pack canning, tomato paste and puree. Very little juice and of mild flavor. Determinate, large plants have good leaf cover. Disease resistant.
